Nice organizer that also doubles as a way to hold cards for actual game play, making putting it on the table and cleaning up afterwards much, much easier. Doesn't support sleeves, but wasn't a problem for my friend who I got this for, and I'm told they started playing Ticket to Ride much more frequently since getting this.
