Processing Time
All orders require processing time before shipment.

High-volume or peak seasons: Processing times may be slightly longer

Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the label is created.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to select countries.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:

Contact the carrier first using your tracking number - Your local post office usually has ways to identify where your package may actually be that online tracking does not show!
