Shipping policy

AtΒ The Riverside Realm, most of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. That means quality comes firstβ€”and it also means shipping timelines can vary by item. Here’s how it works.

Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment.

  • Standard processing: 3–7 business days on most products

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 7-30 business days

  • High-volume or peak seasons: Processing times may be slightly longer

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.Β  For more accurate estimates of any products processing time, please view the details listed on that products detail page.

Shipping Methods & Rates

For products that do not include "Free Shipping" - Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the item and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 2–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the label is created.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free replacement

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, a reshipping fee will apply

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number - Your local post office usually has ways to identify where your package may actually be that online tracking does not show!

  • If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to assist
